NEW BRUNSWICK, NEW JERSEY (December 8, 2016) – Alvaro Esteban has been identified as the victim killed in a tragic accident at a salvage yard off Edgeboro Road on Thursday, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened at Atlantic Sales and Salvage yard off of Edgeboro Road. 22 year old Alvaro Esteban, an employee of Universal Processing, LLC, was trapped inside a compactor used for cardboard around 11:30 am.
Emergency medical services rushed to the scene, but tragically found Alvaro Esteban had been crushed to death inside the compactor. The investigation is ongoing into the details of this tragic incident, and as of now authorities are not sure how Alvaro Esteban ended up inside the compactor.
