DUXBURY, MASSACHUSETTS (February 28, 2017) – A worker was killed after a serious fall at a construction site on Powder Point Avenue, according to a local news source. (map)

The accident happened around 7:45 a.m. at the site of a home under construction at 326 Powder Point Avenue. A man, identified only as being in his 50’s, suffered a serious fall at the construction site, reportedly falling off the roof.

When emergency medical personnel arrived, the man was unconscious but breathing. They rushed him to a hospital, where he sadly succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. The accident remains under investigation by multiple agencies at this time to determine cause and liability.
