DORRIS, CALIFORNIA (January 1, 2017) – A semi-truck and a sedan were involved in a collision that left two people injured on Highway 161 near Highway 97, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident was reported around 5:24 pm near the intersection of Highway 97 and Highway 161. A semi-truck and an unidentified sedan collided for unknown reasons.
Two people inside the sedan reported injuries, while two other adults and a child were able to exit the vehicle. Paramedics responded to the scene to tend to those injured in the collision, and the investigation is ongoing at this time.
