HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS (June 11, 2017) – A medical helicopter crashed outside Huntsville near Lake Raven on Sunday, killing four people, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened early Sunday morning. 58 year old David Disman was being transported via medical helicopter to Houston when the Bell 407 helicopter crashed for an unknown reason near Lake Raven.
David Disman was tragically pronounced dead as a result of the crash. Also on board the helicopter was pilot 63 year old Wayne Kirby, paramedic Stephanie Waters, 27, and nurse Jana Bishop, 28. All three were also killed in the crash. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
