CORONA, CALIFORNIA (December 17, 2016) – According to the California Highway Patrol, Rosa Lagunas Guzman was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver on Saturday as she was walking along 3700 Byron Street. (MAP)
The CHP reported that a silver four-door Honda Accord struck Guzman around 8:10 p.m. and fled the scene of the accident where Guzman was pronounced dead at the scene.
