CORONA, CALIFORNIA (February 1, 2017) – A motorcyclist was dragged by a car after being involved in an accident on the 15 Freeway on Wednesday afternoon, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 5:03 pm on the southbound side of the 15 Freeway near Hidden Valley Parkway. A motorcyclist was splitting lanes on the 15 Freeway when it collided with an unidentified vehicle in the No. 3 lane. The rider was ejected from his motorcycle and landed underneath a Hyundai in the next lane, and was dragged for a short time before the Hyundai could stop.
An ambulance responded to the scene to tend to the injured rider, and his status is currently unknown. The accident remains under investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.
