Cody Clark Killed in Motorcycle Accident on Leeward Avenue and Shell Beach Road

PISMO BEACH, CALIFORNIA (February 25, 2017) – A motorcyclist was killed in a tragic accident on Leeward Avenue and Shell Beach Road on Saturday, according to a local news source. (map)

The accident happened around 6:10 pm at the intersection of Leeward Avenue and Shell Beach Road. A 29 year old motorcyclist identified as Cody Clark was reportedly heading southbound on Shell Beach Road at a high rate of speed. He allegedly ran a stop sign at the intersection and collided with a Toyota 4Runner trying to turn left onto Shell Beach Road.

Cody Clark was tragically declared dead as a result of injuries sustained in the accident. The condition of the driver of the 4Runner is unknown at this time. The accident remains under open investigation to determine cause and liability.
