Around 4:44 pm, two sedans were involved in an accident on Highway 71 near Ramona Avenue. The vehicles were described as a black Ford Focus, and a green Honda Accord. The two vehicles collided for unknown reasons, resulting in the Honda sedan blocking the first lane and the Ford sedan blocking the HOV lane.
The accident left several people with injuries, including a pregnant woman. The condition of those involved is unknown, but paramedics responded to the scene. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
