“Any parties injured in a car accident are strongly advised to go to a nearby medical center if injured in a collision and if one denies emergency assistance. It can sometimes take several days after the initial collision for pains to reveal themselves. Injured drivers will have a right to a claim against the negligent motorist. Investigators will get together to look into the collision to determine the party at fault.” said the attorneys from Lexton Law Firm, an Orange County car accident and personal injury law firm.
