CALISTOGA, CALIFORNIA (September 11, 2017) – A semi truck was involved in a hit and run on State Route 29 on Monday morning, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 7:30 am on the northbound side of State Route 29, about a mile north of Old Lawley Toll Road. A semi truck reportedly hit a burgundy Mercedes sedan before fleeing the scene.
The driver of the Mercedes reported injuries to their arm from the accident. The semi truck was found parked on Tubbs Lane near SR29, but it is unknown if the driver as still with the vehicle. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
