WAVERLY, IOWA (August 9, 2017) – 41-year-old Jennifer Snitker was involved in a semi-truck collision on US Highway 218 near Waverly Wednesday afternoon, according to the Iowa State Patrol. (map)

The incident occurred at approximately 12:45 p.m, when a semi-truck, driven by 52-year-old Ryan Hoeg, crossed into Snitker’s land and struck the back of her vehicle, according to a patrol report.

Snitker sustained injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
