BRAWLEY, CALIFORNIA (April 3, 2017) – Two cars were involved in a collision off Hoskins Road on Monday morning that left at least one vehicle in a canal, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol. (map)
The accident happened around 8:17 am at the intersection of Hoskins Road and Andre Road. A brown truck ad a second unidentified vehicle were involved in a collision for an unknown reason, sending one car off the road and into a nearby canal where it quickly became submerged at least halfway.
Two people were trapped inside the sinking vehicle, but were able to escape. Their current condition is unknown at this time. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
