BLYTHE, CALIFORNIA (January 8, 2017) – Antonio Rojas Ibarra has been identified as the passenger killed in a car accident on Hobsonway on Sunday, according to a local news source. (map)
The California Highway Patrol responded to a report of a woman screaming for help on Hobsonway in Blythe. Upon arrival, they found a 37 year old woman identified as Rocio Perez with serious injuries. Rocio Perez was the driver of a vehicle that was involved in an unidentified accident.
Rocio’s passenger, 42 year old Antonio Rojas Ibarra, was ejected in the collision and was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. Rocio Perez was rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries. The investigation is ongoing to determine cause and liability.
