CHP Officer Darren Meyer reported that a vehicle was traveling westbound on Gilman Springs Road when they lost control and crashed into a center divider. Multiple vehicles attempted to avoid the collision but ended up colliding with each other.
Officer Meyer states that one of the motorists suffered a medical emergency.
