BAY POINT, CA (February 23, 2017) – Two people were hospitalized after a crash between two SUVs on Thursday morning at the intersection of Highway 4 and Bailey Road. (map)
According to reports, a white GMC Yukon and black Chevrolet SUV crashed into each other at about 9 a.m. A woman in one of the vehicles became trapped and someone passing by stopped to help her escape by breaking a vehicle window. Another person also sustained injuries in the crash.
One person sustained facial and hand lacerations and the other person complained of neck, back, and leg pain. Both injured victims were taken to the hospital for treatment. The accident is currently under investigation.
