“Three Car Accident”
BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA (February 6, 2017) – Two people were injured in a three car pileup on Monday on California Avenue and Union Avenue, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 12:09 pm on Monday. A Culligan delivery truck was reportedly rear ended by a vehicle, and the second vehicle was struck by another car.
Two people inside the middle car were injured and were hospitalized for treatment. Their current condition is unknown, and initial reports indicate the middle car may have hit the gas pedal instead of the brake. The accident remains under open investigation at this time.
