“Rain-slick road may be a factor”

The CHP reported that a Cadillac had entered Highway 99 and lost control of the vehicle. The Cadillac spun out and crashed into a semi-truck. The cause of the accident was due to speed and rain-slick roads.
The CHP states that the 19-year-old driver was transported to a hospital with unknown injuries while his passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
