BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA (January 29, 2017) – A motorcyclist was killed in an accident on Sunday, January 29th, on White Lane and Lily Drive, according to a local news source. (map)

The accident occurred at the intersection of Lily Drive and White Lane. 22 year old Adrian Huizar was riding a Harley Davidson eastbound on White Lane when he was struck by a pickup truck attempting to make a left turn onto Lily Drive from White Lane.

Adrian Huizar was rushed to a nearby hospital by responding paramedics, but was tragically killed as a result of the accident. The driver that struck Huizar remained at the scene, and the investigation is ongoing at this time to determine cause and liability.
