BAINBRIDGE, GEORGIA (February 16, 2017) – 50 year old Donald Royce Anderson has been confirmed as the man that was tragically killed in a small plane crash on Thursday, according to a local news source. (map)

The accident happened sometime before 6:45 pm. Donald Royce Anderson was flying his Beech A45 aircraft above his house off Eula Mills Road when the small plane crashed for an unknown reason, landing at the end of his landing strip.

Donald Royce was tragically killed in the accident and was pronounced dead. This small aircraft crash follows another in Barrow County, Georgia, that killed two people on the same day. Both incidents remain under active investigation.
