ANNAPOLIS, CALIFORNIA (December 29, 2016) – A US Postal Service Truck was involved in a collision on Thursday on Highway 1, according to local news sources. (map)

The accident happened just before 8:00 am on the northbound side of Highway 1 near Pebble Beach State Park. A truck owned by a contractor company of the US Postal Service was involved in an accident for unknown reasons.

An ambulance responded to the scene to tend to a report of injuries. The condition of those involved in the accident is unknown at this time, but tow trucks responded to the scene as well. The investigation is ongoing by the CHP.
