ANAHEIM: Man Injured in Motorcyclist vs. Vehicle Accident on Vermont Avenue

“Motorcycle vs.Vehicle Collision”

ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA (July 29, 2017) – A motorcyclist was involved in a collision with a vehicle on the 900 block of East Vermont Avenue near South East Street Saturday, according to Anaheim Police. (map)

The accident was reported approximately at 12:00 p.m. The driver of a 2014 Kia Soul, later identified as a 19-year-old male, collided with a 45-year-old motorcyclist riding a 2014 Yamaha, according to Anaheim police Sgt. Daron Wyatt.

The motorcyclist sustained major injuries and was transported to a local hospital. The identities of the victims involved in the collision were not yet released. No other details of the collision were immediately available.

An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause and liability of the collision.
