“Street Racing Crash”
ANAHEIM , CALIFORNIA (December 10, 2016) – Two cars racing on West Ball Road were involved in an accident that killed two people on Saturday morning, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 2:00 am. Two cars were racing down West Ball Road when one of the cars jumped a curb, hit a pole, several other vehicles, and caught on fire before crashing into the patio of a nearby apartment building.
Two of the occupants inside the vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene. The third occupant was rushed to the hospital with second and third degree burns, and is in critical condition. The other vehicle that was racing was described as a red sports car, and fled the scene immediately after the accident.
