ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA (March 18, 2017) – Eleven people including three children were involved in an multi vehicle accident late Saturday evening, according to the Anaheim Police Department. (map)

The collision occurred at approximately 11:00 p.m., when a vehicle traveling westbound in the alley of an apartment complex plowed through a gate and into oncoming traffic. The vehicle collided with two cars traveling northbound on Magnolia Avenue and two cars traveling southbound on Magnolia Avenue.

The injuries of the victims involved in the accident ranged from minor to moderate. The three children involved in the incident, ages ranging from 6 to 17 years, sustained minor injuries and taken to nearby hospitals for treatment. Drugs and/or alcohol do not appear to factors in the collision. Police are currently investigating the accident.
