The accident happened around 3:53 am on National Trails Highway and Amboy Road. A vehicle was struck by a train for an unknown reason, rendering the vehicle un-drivable.

A man inside the car was injured, but his current condition is unknown at this time. The accident remains under active investigation to determine cause and liability at this time.
