
“Two Car Accident”
ALLENTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA (January 3, 2017) – A woman and a seven year old child were killed in a crash that also injured two other children on South Fourth Street on Tuesday night, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 10:37 pm at the intersection of South Fourth Street and Susquehanna Street. A vehicle carrying one adult and three children was struck by a second unidentified vehicle heading north on South Fourth Street.
47 year old Christine Rivera and a 7 year old girl identified only as Yartezi, were both tragically pronounced dead as a result of injuries sustained in the accident. Another 7 year old and an 8 year old also in the vehicle were hospitalized after the accident. The driver of the second vehicle, identified as a 32 year old woman from Warminster Township, was hospitalized as well. The accident remains under investigation.
