ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA (May 29, 2017) – Two people were killed and six were injured in a collision on Park Street and Lincoln Avenue on Monday morning, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 8:00 am at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Park Street. A white GMC pickup truck and a minivan collided for an unknown reason, and the pickup truck rolled over as a result of the accident.
A woman and a man from the pickup truck were both killed as a result of the accident, and five other passengers from the pickup truck were hospitalized in critical condition. The driver of the minivan sustained moderate injuries and was hospitalized. The accident remains under open investigation to determine cause and liability at this time.
